Pharmacy Weight Loss Ebbw Vale is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards. We provide online weight loss consultations and prescription and non-prescription weight management treatments to patients in Ebbw Vale and across the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual who does not meet our clinical criteria or who provides false or misleading information. Providing inaccurate medical information may result in harm to your health and may constitute fraud.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) are issued only after a clinical assessment has been completed and approved by a qualified, GPhC-registered pharmacist or prescriber. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation.
Our clinical team retains sole discretion over prescribing decisions. A prescription may be declined or discontinued if it is deemed clinically inappropriate, or if you fail to provide requested information.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances that may affect your treatment. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. Consultation fees, where applicable and clearly stated at the time of purchase, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery timescales are subject to the performance of our third-party courier partners and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information supplied by you.
Medicines are packaged in discreet, tamper-evident packaging in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and the order dispatched, cancellation is not possible, as medicines cannot be returned to stock under UK pharmacy law.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
